We are looking for an ambitious and driven candidate that is able to fulfill the following requirements:

  • Accountable for managing a portfolio of key business accounts (corporate clients).
  • Responsible for opening new market opportunities and lead generation within the corporate client portfolio.
  • Lead and oversee a business development team and ensures group KPI's and objectives are met.
  • Maximizes sales opportunities and securing new business accounts as well as maintaining a good relationship with existing key accounts.
  • Continuously keep abreast with new market developments and maintain competitive sales and marketing strategies that meet and exceed sales targets and other KPI's set by management.
  • Ability to conceptualise, plan and execute viable sales strategies from end to end.
  • Identify and fulfill tspecific needs and requirements  set out by the corporate client.
  • Provide new and innovative ideas that will be of high interest to prospective clients. 
     

 

Our ideal Key Acount Manager is a serious go-getter, with the following skills and personality to boot: 

  • Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in corporate sales, business development or other related fields, preferably in corporate training or the training industry. 
  • A Diploma/Degree in Business/Marketing or any related discipline.
  • A visionary in leading and managing a team.
  • An excellent command of spoken and written English.
  • Able to work both independently as well as lead and manage a team proactively
  • Able to pivot and adapt to change quickly 
  • An outgoing personality who is an excellent communicator
  • A knack for people and maintaining good relationships with both internal and external stakeholders 
  • Must possess own transport
  • Highly motivated and ambitious
