We just completed our v1 product. We are lean, bootstrapped and super-MVP. We have 8 blue chip companies paying us to use the v1 product which is really interesting because we are not one of those startups that have users and no customers.
Our customer expect 99.95% SLA but we have to make it 99.998%. The customers really care about the product and are asking us to increase our features to make their business more efficient. New features will require development of server in the future as well.

We want to have a full time back end developer to scale the server to new countries and improve the redundancy of our backend. The current server(s) is well designed for a v1 product and currently built in Node.JS, Sails with usage of Dokku, Redis, Amazon RDS and EC2.
We know it is really hard to find a experience Node Dev so we are Node experience is not a hard requirement. Some backend experience is required though and you will be tested on backend design.
