Accounting / Finance
- Be responsible for financial and taxation functions including filing of documents
- Review and file government grant submissions (if needed)
- Oversee the closing and preparation of financial reports (in conjunction with our corporate secretary)
- Assess proposals and financing requirements of the startups engaging with our program
- Ensure that all financial activities comply with legislation and accounting standards
General Administration
- Plan, organise and coordinate all internal administration tasks
- Oversee the general administrative support of The Co-Foundry and its staff
- Manage meetups and events between The Co-Foundry and partners
- Other ad hoc tasks assigned to you
- You should work well in a fast moving, fluid environment
- You are smart, hardworking, and motivated to get things done.
- You work well with teams
- Meticulous and pays attention to detail.
- Finance / Accounting background is a requirement
- Experience in a Corporate Secretarial or Accounting role is a plus!
