Online Customer Support Executive job at SAGA OS Malaysia

Working for a customer focused exciting, young company that is at the forefront of their industry, the ideal candidate will have suitable experience working within a pro-active environment and be able to take on ownership within the front end web-development side of the business. Working within a small dynamic office environment, this position has plenty of potential for the successful candidate to become an important part of a growing team and an integral part web development team. Any potential candidate must be fluent in English and have suitable experience.

The succesful candidate will be required to be on hand during set working hours in shifts to answer specific product and service related customer support questions via email and live chat.

Key Responsibilities:

  •  Deal directly with customers via Email & Live Chat providing accurate and timely information

  •  Respond to customer queies with the aim of achieveing first contact resolution

  •  Advise end customers on options available to them

  •  Assign initiatives to customers based on set guidelines and frameworks

  •  Follow up promptly with customers to resolve issues

  •  Maintain and update customer details within online platforms

  •  Report customers feedback to respective internal teams to improve customer expereince

    Experience:

  •  2+ years suitable experience

  •  Ideally - game and online payments experience

  •  As part of the recruitment process, be able to complete role play scenarios – potentially

    undertake a simple test brief to demonstrate approach and manner

  •  Worked within an office environment before

  •  Used online customer support tickeing systems previously

  •  Used customer relationship platforms before 

Salary negotiable - subject to experience and set number of hours 

  1. Skills & Requirements:

    •  Must have perfect “native“ English written skills

    •  Cultural understanding of Australia an advantage

    •  Degree graduate in any discipline – ideally service related

    •  Have a passion for service – a courteous and friendly approach to customers

    •  Ability to to speak and write Mandarin will be an advantage

    •  Able to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment

    •  Able to work in a team

    •  Needs to be self-starter, reliable and motivated

      Working times:

    •  Part time position, moving to full-time within shift timeframes – 25-40 hours per week

    •  Evening working hours: 16:00-01:00 Tuesday to Saturday
