We also simplify our partners commercial challenges like negotiating and settling with each supplier individually by providing our hotel inventory via a single contract - which means you only settle with us and not with all suppliers individually - one contract - so you can focus your efforts on your customers and driving revenue via bookings. When our partners use our single API they are able to access and offer their customers over 400,000 hotel properties around the world - powered by our 60+ suppliers. We also provide metasearch connectivity - so our partners can gain more exposure online. We also provide: - 24 hour customer support for our partners (we are there when you need us) - Basic and custom made White Label solutions driven by our API and technology for companies that don't have the resources or time to integrate and build their own hotel booking solutions - Extranet so you can manage your own Hotel Properties (and ability to promote those properties via metasearch) - Travel Agent Portal (TAP) so you can get access to over 400,000 hotels and get the best rates in a user friendly interface

ZUMATA is looking for an experienced professional, who will help driving the growth of the organization by managing and planning to direct and coordinate all organization’s operations.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

Coordination and Supervision - Coordinate, manage and monitor the workings of various departments in the organization; Accounts & Finance, Human Resource & Admin, Organizational Strategic Initiative.

Accounts & Finance - Review all data related to accounts and financial statements. Utilize financial data to improve profitability. Prepare and control operational budgets. Control inventory. Plan effective strategies for the financial well being of the company.

Human Resources & Best Practices - Oversee human resources and recruitment. Establish organizational structures. Improve processes and policies in support of organizational goals. Formulate and implement departmental and organizational policies and procedures to maximize output. Monitor adherence to rules, regulations and procedures.

Communication - Manage organizational internal communication and improve the efficiency of support services such as IT, HR, Accounts and Finance. Facilitate coordination communication between support functions.

Strategic Input - Liaison with top management. Assist in the development of strategic plans for operational development. 

WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

  • Proven working experience as operations manager/senior manager
  • Adequate knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations management
  • Familiarity with business and financial principles and practices
  • Working knowledge of financial and accounting principles and practices, budgets, forecasting and metrics
  • Knowledge of business and management principles and practices
  • Knowledge of human resource principles and practices
  • Knowledge of project management principles and practices
  • Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization
  • Leadership and organizational skills
  • Degree in business administration, commerce, management, operations
  • At least 6+ years of relevant experience and 9+ years of overall corporate experience
