Roles & Responsibilities:

• Primarily deal with accredited and institutional investors and advise them on Capbridge’s offerings. Must be able to demonstrate ability to communicate and establish relationships with 
• accredited investors while maintaining existing relationships
• Have sound financial knowledge and understanding on private equity and capital markets, address investment preferences and follow up with accredited and institutional investors
• Provide support for investor on-boarding and continuous business development support  
• Identify and explore potential opportunities and partnerships to grow the Capbridge platform
• Assist in coordinating research and market reports to promote and raise investor awareness 
• Provide feedback to management regarding investment community’s perception 
• Assist in developing the user community on the platform 
• Assisting with other essential communications-related tasks and documentation process

Requirements:

• Hold a Bachelor’s Degree in finance, business or related field. 
• Minimum 2 - 3 years of experience in related financial products
• Prior experience in a financial, investor relations, sales role would be an advantage 
• Possess good presentation skills, adept at problem solving and attention to details 
• Good oral and written communication skills 
• Be a self-starter, a highly motivated person able to work in a fast paced entrepreneurial environment that is continually changing 
• Passionate about entrepreneurship, fund raising, direct investments
