Roles & Responsibilities
Currently, we are seeing a full-time Project Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for all systems deliverables, checking for quality, completeness and adherence to SDLC.
Additional key duties and responsibilities:
- Overall responsible for delivery of systems projects to be on time and up to standard
- To liaise with and manage external and internal requests on a daily basis; which includes gathering project requirements, compiling project materials that are required for the successful execution of the project, sending project updates and follow up on items that require feedback
- Work closely with external and internal teams in the areas of design requirement, specificiation, implementaiton, coding and testing
- Responsible for preparing and updating various technical documentations
- To take the lead in project timeline planning and project resource management
- To take the lead in coordinating the workflow between developers and designers
- To take the lead in the co-ordination & running of User Acceptance Tests (UAT) both internally and externally
- Actively contribute to the continuous improvement of the company infrastructure to ensure solution quality
- Analyse and fix data ireggularities and write code when necessary to fix problems.
- Sound leadership and project planning skills (waterfall/agile etc) with strong technical background
- Strong coordination and communications skills
- Ability to multi-task as supporting multiple and concurrent deliveries
- Expericence web technology implementation (including backend integrations) over the last few years
- Knowledge of the following skills is an advantage:
- Large scale web applications and API
- Strong skills in Java, HTML5, CSS and Jquery, Bootstrap, AJAX or other js framework
- Mobile development
- Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Degree or Diploma, Advance/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent
- At least 3 year(s) of working experience in related field, preferably senior executives specializing in IT/Computer – Software or equivalent
- Possess excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Detailed oriented, passion to learn and commitment to self-improvement
- Adaptable, ability to work independently or in teams
