Are you passionate about entrepreneurship and want to work in a fast moving startup? Instaroid is hiring one intern (that's you!) to be involved in all key aspects of their business development, marketing and operations! This is an awesome opportunity if you are looking for an all-round startup experience. You will directly work with the company founders and be immersed in the life of a startup, with full autonomy and freedom.
What you will learn:
- Sales processes & tactics
- People management skills when you learn what it takes to deliver happiness at events
- Think on your feet due to the fast pace of working in a tech startup
- Marketing skills (in social media, traditional media), learn good communications skills for explaining decisions and thought processes clearly
- Expect the unexpected & anticipate solutions to potential situations before they even occur
Job details:
- Assist the Managing Director in the growth and operations of the company
- Prospect for new customers, set up meetings, perform product presentations, negotiate and close deals
- Devise new growth tactics using conventional (email, phone, networking…) and unconventional channels
- Perform admin tasks related to operations and sales management
- Attend events organized by the company and our customers, meet new people and have fun!
About You
- A full-time internship for a minimum of 3 months
- Experience in B2B sales or are willing to learn
- You have to be a natural relationship-builder and a strong communicator, be comfortable in social situations and like going to events and meeting new people
- You are a fast learner and have the mindset for continuous improvement
- Singaporean/PR or foreigners with authorization to work in Singapore
