• Execute on Indonesia Flight's partnership opportunities in the Indonesia and the region while working with key internal stakeholders (e.g. policy, communications, product, engineering, operations, legal, etc.)
• Handling all kinds of business unit and business development of Indonesia Flight such as payment gateway, business flow, and distribution
• Manage and negotiate with various partners and vendors to support marketing activities.
• Increase the company’s brand awareness by developing and managing marketing and communication strategies
• Brainstorm, research, and develop new marketing campaigns with external parties while optimizing existing ones
• Assist in the organisation of offline events and online product campaign
• Be responsible with proposal pitches to partners or sponsors for business development activities

• Graduate from top universities with business, marketing or relevant degree

• Ability to fuse business, strategy, finance, policy and legal concepts to lead complex, multi-faceted deals

• Strong verbal and written communications skills are a must

• Demonstrated ability to work independently and effectively across internal and external organizations

Preffered Qualifications:

Excellence in English 

Passionate about startup way of working is a big plus
