- Implement strategies to drive traffic and acquire customers through digital marketing, PR contents, and traditional media.
- Manage in house CRM process.
- Run analytics and tests to measure marketing campaign.
- Engaged in direct sales with customers in product seminar.
- Manage regular campaign such as events, advertisment, referral, and affiliate programs.
- Market through influencers and link building
- Customize strategies and contents to target various client segments
- Optimize conversion rates at every step of the funnel.
- Conduct A/B testing to identify clients' preference.
- 2+ years of experience in digital marketing/ growth hacking/ product management.
- In depth skills to use tools such as Google Analytics, Ad Words, Facebook Analytics, etc.
- Solid experience working in consumer marketing.
- Has the ability to drive seminars, run public talks and engage customers.
- “Out-of-the-box” thinker with ability to test and execute new hypotheses and projects.
- Able to showcase strong past performance.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Chinese.
