- Manage and ensure timely dispatching of parcels to be delivered daily.
- Maintain relationship and billings with courier services.
- Stock taking and inventory reconciliation
- Assisting customers with tracking information.
- Returns management.
- Prepare delivery orders, packing list and invoices.
- Housekeep and ensure inventory are kept neat and orderly.
- Assist with photo-shooting.
- Picking, packing and packaging.
- Perform data entry and maintain department records.
- Establish and maintain a good filling system of documents.
- Assist to answer incoming calls and message taking.
- Other tasks assigned.
- Min. GCE ‘O’ level.
- Flexible and co-operative attitude.
- Experience in administrative duties and data entry.
- Experience in supply chain, logistic or merchandising.
- Good communication skills.
- Organized and strong attention to detail.
- PC skills, Microsoft Excel & Word skills required.
