Business Development Warrior job at GetDoc Malaysia

You are the brain behind our awesome deals. The iron-fist sentry who doesn’t let anything but a 5-star deal through. It’s a tough one, but you’ve got your targets set high. And you show our customers from doctors, hospitals, corporations, shop owners, athletes to celebrities, etc why they can’t help coming back again and again with more exciting deals for our community. We don’t want to just sell them a product, but to build an awesome relationship with them.

 

Responsibilities

Identify and Plan

  • Work closely with co-founders and teams in expanding new business lines from strategic planning, marketing to execution.
  • Identify and negotiate new business partnerships with a view to create synergies with the other parties and interests.
  • Identify potential groups of customers, potential business opportunities, and then proactively and strategically reach out to grow our company revenue.
  • The partnership can be events, cross-selling, campaigns, etc which will grow our company awareness, educate the market with our business concepts and acquire new customers.

Marketing

  • Formulate and drive the business strategy and execution of online marketing campaigns as well as regular offline events.
  • Researching and assessing leads through Facebook, Google, LinkedIn, Twitter etc.
  • Network extensively to help the Company build industry contacts, media relationship and grow customers.

Executing

  • Develop and implement sales and call plans in a timely and organized manner to capitalize on sales opportunities.
  • Support sales activities by holding presentations and seminars.
  • Coordinate with product managers and technical teams for detailed demo if required.
  • Guiding new customers through implementing and setting up their systems
  • Do loads of interesting stuff that we haven’t thought up yet, that you will help us identify.
  • Passionate about working in a start-up together with other team players in an energetic, fun, fast moving pace environment
  • Strong interest in the healthcare, fitness and medical business
  • Fluent in English, Malay
  • Mandarin is optional but added advantage
  • Excellent networking, business pitching and problem solving skills
  • Highly creative, open-minded and proactive in tackling business challenges
  • Positive attitude, energetic approach and self-motivation are all essential
  • Results driven
  • Lots of drive with a motivation and desire to succeed.
