The Corporate Strategy & Communications Lead will develop and implement overall marketing and communications strategies and plans for Moving Walls Sdn Bhd—helping to advance its position as a leading force in the digital media industry. You will collate inputs; relevant insights, understand client capability to integrate into the contact strategy as well building a robust test and learn plan.

Serve as primary day-to-day contact for department heads to identify communication needs and scope requests, including audience, impact, timing and measurement

Work collaboratively with teams to gain Consumer Insights to proactively identify, develop, and lead consumer driven, scientifically substantiated strategies that support and strengthen Moving Walls’ Sdn Bhd branding.

Development of corporate communication strategies and budgets; branding and messaging; public and corporate web and social media tools; press releases; and newspaper and trade journal articles

Design local brand image programs that are aligned to the regional and global image strategy to help build Moving Walls’ reputation and build the brand in the local market

Develop and maintain professional relationships with external collaborators, consultants, professional organizations, academia, and government agencies to drive communication strategies

Share knowledge on all aspects of our global image and brand, and champion our brand and our brand-building program

Manage the budgets and commercials for the delivery of the communication plan against forecast.

Stay updated on information/news related to the digital advertising/marketing/media industries
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications or other relevant fields

Minimum 5 years experience in relevant field ( preferably advertising)

Demonstrated track record of conducting successful, proactive internal communications programs that employ creativity and use a variety of tools, forums and media

Highly articulate in verbal presentations as well as written communications

Strong communications (written, verbal and interpersonal) skills, including tact, diplomacy, and ability to influence senior-level executives

Excellent project manager with creativity and determination to evolve successful solutions, ability to multi-task, and meet multiple deadlines
