We are a team of hardware engineers and acoustic signal processors to provide state of the art solutions to your noise monitoring and acoustic classification needs. We provide networked acoustic sensors capable of monitoring events and sending notifications to your devices when certain acoustic events happen. We specialise in networked noise level monitoring systems, and classification systems. If you can dream it, we can provide a solution. You will be working on a POC project to develop a web based system for the upload and analysis of speech data and other data, carry out speech to text conversion using the Google Voice api or similar. The transcript is stored to an SQL database, and provides graphical results to basic SQL queries .
You will be working on a POC project to develop an app for an android hardware prototype to acquire speech data, and carry out some basic signal processing and feature extraction. The same audio data streamed to Google Voice for the speech to text conversation or cloud service(Azure). Offline speech to text conversionusing Sphinx/PocketSphinx or similiar may be required.
- Background in Android App programming for audio applications.
- Proficiency in java/C and knowledge of the Google Voice API.
- Basic Signal processing skills/ Matlab and knowledge of math and FFT libraries preferred.
- Experience in offlne Speech to text ie. Sphinx/PocketSphinx, is an advantage.
- Possess in-depth knowledge of key programming principles, techniques and approach.
- Result Driven.
