This is how the name “SOFTINN” was formed - the very fundamental idea of providing “Software solution” for all types of “Inn”. Our products are currently powering more than 200 hotels and lodges in Malaysia.

Assisting in;
- Performing email & tele marketing and sales.
- Handling sales, product and services enquiries promptly and professionally.
- Making outbound calls to potential customers.
- Follow-up with customers.
- Maintaining existing customers and develop new customers in order to meet or exceed business revenue target.
- Managing listing processes for new suppliers and renewals with existing partners
- Training and informing partners on our technologies, tools and model
- Brainstorming marketing idea
- Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's in Marketing or related field.
- Required language: English, Bahasa, Mandarin.
- Target oriented.
- Good communication skill, negotiation, presentation and interpersonal skill.
- Computer literated: Microsoft Word, Powerpoint, Excel, Outlook, Email Protocol, Internet.
- Initiative and able to work independently.
- Able to work with limited supervision.
- Possess passion and right attitude/manners.
