We are looking for kickass Android developers to join our pioneering team as we set up in Malaysia!
Lead/Senior Android Developer
- As the Lead Android developer, you will be the go to guy/girl everyone looks up to when Android comes to mind.
- You will be responsible for leading, overseeing, and educating the android development team.
- Be at the forefront of the latest developments, practices and tools relating to Android.
- Work with project managers, designers and other platform leads to solve challenging problems.
Senior/Junior Android Developer
- Write and maintain quality code that you can be proud of.
- Translate client requirements, feature specifications and stories into logical technical implementation.
- Work with backend developers to define functional APIs.
- Implement UI/UX requirements and provide feedback on best practices.
- Develop and ensure functionality on variety of smartphone and tablet devices.
- Work with Project Manager and fellow developers to properly distribute and complete project requirements on time.
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, a related field or significant equivalent experience (Because we value skill over qualifications ;) )
- 1 or more years of experience developing Android applications.
- Ideally completed at least 1 full app development life cycle.
- Good experience in OOP and common android design patterns.
- Strong working knowledge of Java, Android SDK and related third party libraries.
- Familiary with RESTful and JSON APIs, as well as third party APIs and SDKs such as Google Analytics, Flurry, Localytics and Facebook a plus.
- Have a feel for UI/UX, design and architecture for mobile applications.
- Published own app into the Google Play store (Optional).
