Business Developments at Boneva responsible for all things growth. of the team youll explore 

exciting opportunities to deliver the best globalscale customer acquisition operation within high 

performance metrics-driven culture

Qualifications:

Strong desire to work in a techstartup environment

Excellent customer engagement and communication skills across all kinds of audiences (tech or non tech)

Very good/business to native level fluency in English, Bahasa, or more...

Excited about sales, negotiation, winning deals

Great networking, relationship-building, and new channel prospecting skills

Proficiency with social media channels

Amazing presentation skills and online demo for remote sales process

Thorough understanding of related technology

Comfortable delivering against monthly sales quota in metrics-driven environment

Roles: 

Sell to customers our cloud-based software

Strong desire to work in a techstartup environment through remote and field sales operation

Work closely with other bizdev personnels to uncover new sales opportunity

Exceeding revenue goals on monthly basis

Close inbound/outbound leads and maintain deals 100% customer success on all accounts through periodic emails, skype calls, etc

Grow our global user communities by driving engagements through participation at tech or any related event

 

Big Pluses (Not Required):

Previous enterprise sales/account management experience with great track records

Experience selling to top executives and SMEs
