Reporting to Head of Marketplace Operations, you will be responsible for :
- Actively identifying and analyzing operational issues at Lazada’s 3rd party vendors
- Visiting the vendors and identifying root causes for operational problems
- Improving the operational excellence at seller in alignment with Lazada targets
- Coordinating with Head of Marketplace Operations on process optimization
- Monitoring and reviewing the success of implementations on a continuous basis
- On-request tasks from Head of Department
In order to succeed in the role, you should ideally have:
- University graduate with relevant bachelor degree
- Preferably 1 year of proven career track in Operations and Supply Chain Management
- Self-motivated and hard-working
- Determined, able to make yourself heard and convince others
- Pro-active and able to work under pressure
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in English and Chinese
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office suit (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Enthusiasm for e-commerce and its opportunities
