We are looking for a proactive and creative individual with first commercial experience to support our Design team. You will work together with our UX/ UI Lead Designer who is responsible for crafting the future daily workflow of every employee in a car dealership. Thus, you will be developing projects from napkin sketches to final visual specifications, while taking into consideration business objectives, user mindset and needs. Furthermore, we definitely need your creative ideas to further promote and market our brand in several online and offline campaigns. In this role you need to be a highly self-motivated and delivery-oriented UI Designer who is able to drive the experience of a project from vision to realization. • Create a beautiful, consistent and intuitive UI
• Create sleek and appealing designs for our website and sales/marketing campaigns
• Distill complex problems into clean, simple and delightful design solutions

• 3+ years of experience in UI/graphic design
• Conceptual, creative thinker with strong communication skills and the drive to take on responsibility
• Ability to move from creative direction through art direction down to beautiful user experiences
• UI design experiences on web or mobile (portfolio that shows your web/mobile design skills is a plus)
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and Axure or other wireframing/prototyping tools
• Must love the challenge of quickly distilling complex problems into clean, simple design solutions
• Experience in HTML and CSS is a plus
