Tapway is growing fast and is looking to establish our Business Analytics Consulting Team. As a Business
Development Manager your analytical, inter-personal, creative thinking and business acumen will be called
upon from day one. In this role, you will get the opportunity to change and transform businesses. Every day is
different but some of the things that you can expect to accomplish are:
● Achieve sales targets and KPIs set by company management
● Provide clients with powerful facts and analyses that outline solutions and drive change.
● Take responsibility for identifying information sources, gathering and interpreting data, and presenting
findings to clients.
● Identify business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry,
researching and analyzing business development & sales options.
● Sell products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending
solutions (solution selling)
● Communicate with target audiences and manage customer relationships by providing support,
information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and
service improvements
● Identify opportunities for improvement to existing Tapway offerings and develop client proposals.
● Support business development activities, build rapport and establishing contact with prospects to
recommend Tapway solutions and/or to form collaborative partnership.
● Assist with internal development of analytics best practice and value models.
● Excel and grow in a highly dynamic innovative environment as the leader in one of the fastest-growing
industries.
Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate
Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree or Professional Degree from a renowned educational institution.
● Minimum 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
● Strong verbal, written and presentation skills. Fluency in English is mandatory
● A solid team player who’s also an independent thinker
● Individual who is passionate, resourceful, self-motivated, highly committed with robust analytical skill-set,
endless curiosity and a penchant to think the impossible
