Home loan Whiz is a leading ​mortgage consultancy service based in Singapore that aims to help you secure the best mortgage packages in the market, saving you time and up to thousands of dollars in the process. We work with over 20 banks to provide you with FREE and objective advice that enables you to pick the best mortgage package

·         Create overall strategy and produce new content and writing in an interesting and appealing manner that drives subscribers, increase awareness and engagement.

Topics include: 
A) Borrow: Property Loans, Car Loans, Credit Cards, Personal Loans
B) Insure : Life Insurance, Health Insurance, General Insurance
C) Investments: Equities, Bonds, Brokerages
D) Real Estate
E) Budgeting, Savings

·         Conceptualizing and maintaining the editorial calendar to create customized content on a regular basis

·         Sourcing image and artwork, and liaising with internal departments for content ideas.

·         Engaging and Managing Content Writers and ensuring their productivity.

·         Undertake Research from a variety of cources on popular and trending topics

·         Writing and posting on various of Social Media Channels

·         PR related content and interviews

·         Consulting work with clients

As Web Editor cum Content Writer, you will lead the vision, voice, creative execution, and overall content strategy for HomeLoanWhiz. You will direct a team of writers to write attractive articles for the latest trends in relevant topics. You will be responsible to make sure the articles are SEO optimized, engage and with curated title.

·         2+ years of managing content strategies in online/offline properties (publisher websites or blogs).

·         Basic understanding of SEO.

·         Deep knowledge on research online and compare.

·         Familiar with Personal Finance Industry

·         Enjoy working in a startup.

·         Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Mass Communications, English, Journalism or equivalent.

·         Required skill(s): blogging, writing press release, creative writing in English, Team Leadership.

·         Required language(s): English

Writing samples will be requested.
