Your responsibilities include:
· Make outbound calls to set appointments for our Sales Team
· Provide clients outstanding customer service
· Maintain records of customer interactions
· Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all products and services
· Development and execution of a sales strategy to achieve business objectives
· Establishment and expansion of long-term customer relationships
· Strategic support of marketing initiatives to our most reputable partners
· Full responsibility and realization of your KPIs (quantitative and qualitative goals)
Profile Requirements:
· Have a special interest for software products and new technology
· Have previous outbound sales or appointment setter experience and have demonstrated results in the selling process or successful experience at new account development
· Be efficient, assertive, and have quick decision making capability
· Fantastic telemarketing selling skills, a positive attitude, highly organized and motivated
· You are analytical, structured and are self-disciplined to work independently within a fast-paced environment.
· You have outstanding communication skills and a distinct sales acumen
· Fluent in English, additional languages (Mandarin or Cantonese) a major plus.
