The CS team is responsible for ensuring all stages of the order process run on time, and the care and communication provided from pre to post order.

Your Mission

As a Live Operations Representative, you will ensure a seamless delivery service is provided from order through to delivery. It is your job to eliminate the opportunity for late deliveries through monitoring each step of the process. Constantly, monitoring our live orders, you solve problems before they arise and continue to keep our customers happy. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in operational administration and will have worked autonomously in a similar role.

Responsibilities

  • You will be responsible for all orders in your geographical area from submission through to delivery, ensuring a delivery service of the highest quality.
  • You monitor all stages of the delivery service and proactivity respond to any issues which could cause lateness
  • Proactively respond to issues regarding driver supply and consumer demand, and refer issues to zone monitors where necessary.
  • Feedback any ongoing issues to the shift manager in order to find a resolution.

REQUIREMENTS

  • You will LOVE data - the ability to look and numbers and work out what it means for the order
  • Multi Tasking Pro: The ability to tackle several complex problems without missing a step
  • Ambitious: A real hunger to succeed
  • Natural Communicator: Comfortable communicating with a diverse range of people. Able to be understood and to understand the needs of others. Empathy is your middle name
  • Problem Solver: Able to spot and fix problems before others have even realised there may be one. Able to use your own initiative and solve problems in innovative ways
  • While this is a junior role, we have huge expectations from our team as each person works to personally ensure the success of the busines
