A ShopBack Campaign Manager is analytical, process-driven, and isn’t afraid to reach out to others. Heading our outreach programmes, you will go beyond your comfort zone to spread the ShopBack message. You have the uncanny ability to be extremely meticulous in leaving no leads or stone unturned in our outreach strategies. You keep up with the latest fads, understand people and use that to your creative advantage. You take charge of your campaigns and maintain good relations with our partners. At the back-end, however, you also are a critical thinker, a problem solver, an analyst who can identify weak spots in our conversion funnel and solve them. Your responsibilities include:
Leading and generating high quality offline campaigns independently
Leverage on the latest trends to reach out to the masses
Maintain and grow the company’s social media platforms
Conduct market research and process data in order to suggest best practices for marketing and any possible improvements
Knowledge of EDMs and basic use of Photoshop is a plus! People with previous experience in marketing or partner relations management in the eCommerce industry are also strongly encouraged to apply!

Manage social media platforms and promote online engagement
Plan and liaise with external parties for outreach events
Organize events to ensure strong community spirit and increase team bonding
Maintain strong relations with our merchants and partners to grow our user base
Target weak spots in our campaigns with a targeted, analytical framework
