Our vision is to be the defacto gamified, centralized currency wallet for developing countries in South-East Asia.
The team consists of veterans in the local start-up scene boasting experiences such as consultants from venture accelerators, growth hustler featured on national TV, as well as former engineers from Luxola, TradeGecko, etc. We're also backed by a prominent regional VC and currently based in town central.
As a software engineer (fullstack), you’re a geek-enigma proving to the world that you can create world class products at dizzying start-up pace. You do not tolerate substandard work even if it means losing all your sleep over it. You live and breathe latest technological updates and are overly obsessed with finding that bugs lying in your freshly roasted algorithm waiting to be squashed. Yet, amidst all the great work you are about to produce, you know what to prioritize in order to live up to the name of a true blue star hacker.
Responsibilities of Software Engineer:
- • Come up with awesome solutions which drives the vision of our technology stack and make sure the company’s technology strategy serves its business strategy
- • Work with fellow tech co-founders in all technology decisions for the company: architecture, development and deployment.
- • Work with local UX designer, biz developers and backend developer to ensure best delivery of value for users
- • Design, implement, test, deploy and support the application in a lean manner.
Critical skills:
- • Advanced Javascript/HTML/CSS, agile software development technique are a must.
- • Previous technology based project experience in Ruby on Rails is a must.
- Experience with React/Angular/Node.JS will be given priority
- • Mobile development experience is a huge plus point (iOS/Android)
