ShopBack is hiring a responsible, driven and proactive candidate to be our Malaysian office’s operations executive! ShopBack is constantly on the lookout for talented individuals like you to be part of our dynamic team. As the Operations Executive, you are a key person in the backlines, ensuring the smooth operation of our platform and business. Every transaction, payment or cashback cashout goes through your scrutiny and you ensure that our customers get the experience that they expect to encounter when using our platform!

Your job responsibilities:

·      Managing accounts and internal payments

·      Liaison with and counter-checking cashback against our 500+ merchants, which include Zalora, Lazada and Qoo10

·      Ensuring the smooth operation of the platform and identifying potential fraud cases

·      Implementation of new systems and rewards for different merchants across the platform
