The Network Manager at Circles Asia will lead all areas related to telecom engineering, in particular, critical components such as the real time charging and policy layer comprising of OCS, SCP, and PCRF alongside related integrations to the network elements.
Will work independently and as part of a talented team to lead complex problem solving amidst challenging schedules. He/she will work closely with various stakeholders, including our Vendors and other partners to orchestrate timely roll-outs and manage ongoing network operations.
Key responsibilities:
- Provide superior project management leadership on projects involving complex technology stacks, multiple vendors, and challenging timelines
- Lead and be accountable for network operations
- Act as the Subject Matter Expert for real-time billing solutions (OCS, SCP, PCRF)
- Develop strategic relationships with counterparts in our telco partners
- Lead a team of internal engineers as well as those from vendors
- Provide expert level knowledge with respect to Operational SLAs, KPIs and Continual Improvement
Ideally you should have:
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a technical discipline such as Computer Engineering, Telecom, etc.
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in Telecom including a significant part in successful Project Management leading complex projects and/or operations
- Relevant certifications such as PMP
- Advance knowledge of:
- Real time and converged solutions
- Policy Control
- Service Control Point
- Real Time Operations (availability, reliability)
- Integrations to Network Elements and BSS layer
- IP and networks (design and management)
- Excellent communications skills
- Exceptional people management skills
