The Head of Content position is the backbone of Kaymu. You will lead a team to maintain the highest standard of product listings in our marketplace. Perfection is required, nothing less.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the team of Content Writers to maintain high quality listings efficiently
- Manage requests of varying urgency, size and origin, and delegate accordingly
- Create new workflows or processes to improve team productivity, and delegate accordingly
- Monitor the competition and ensure Kaymu listings are always 5 steps ahead
- Strive to continuously improve the quality of content
- Exceptional spoken and written English
- An keen eye for detail and patterns
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with a strong willingness to learn and create solutions
- A strong leadership skills, with an ability to get the best out of people.
- An all-hands-on-deck, proactive, hard-working attitude
- Bachelor’s degree from a top university with strong academic results
