Your role will primarily involve:
- Frequent work in Excel and Google Sheets (you need to be familiar with those)
- Place and monitor customer orders, speaking to international manufacturers
- Support customer services (using Zendesk)
- Assist with accounting and tracking of order metrics
- Interested in exploring other areas on top of this? No problem - show us you're motived and take ownership, and we'll have more opportunities for you!
- Only Singapore residents and student visa holders, available asap
- Driven and motivated
- Higher education (diploma or bachelor degree) preferred
- Familiar with Excel and Google Sheets
- Good English language skills (verbally and in writing)
- E-commerce or retail experience is a PLUS!
