Hence, Easyship is hiring strong, qualified, highly motivated and eager-to-learn full-stack developers, back end developers, front end developers, graphic designers, HR managers, junior sales, operation executives, business development interns and many more to be the owners of their own projects inside the company.   • Pro-actively be building a strong network by mapping various industries to identify and reach out to prospective customers, inspiring and onboarding them to our product.

  • Take the lead on all aspects of deal execution, including prioritization of partners and negotiation

  • Provide product and technical support to cultivate and manage an interactive and trustworthy relationship with current and prospective customers

  • Compile and analyze sales figures; identify customer buying/selling patterns and forecasting trends while maintaining accurate records of sales activity reports

  • Analyse customer feedback and collaborate with the tech team  to give our customers an optimal experience  

  • Understand and assess our customers critical needs and transform those needs into business opportunities

  • Identify new opportunities by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors in order to enable Easyship’s rapid growth

The right person will be:

  • Knowledgeable and experienced in e-commerce related industries. A good understanding of complex customer requirements on both a business and technical level

  • Experienced in cold calling

  • A multi-tasker with excellent organization skills and able to manage complex projects

  • Disciplined in pipeline and time management skills. Can distinguish what tasks should be prioritized

  • Strong in negotiation and presentation skills; structured focused on process, details, and quality

  • Self-motivated, driven, flexible, quick learner, achiever, passionate

  • Hard-working. Not afraid to run the extra mile

  • Strong analytically

  • Comfortable to work independently as well as in a team

  • Experienced in B2B businesses, sales and eCommerce related industries (2 to 4 years)
