Choo Yilin is a Singaporean, award-winning fine jewellery label that has been selected to showcase its work at platforms like Paris Fashion Week and London Jewellery Week. It partners with heritage and social impact communities, creating luxurious pieces that tell important stories of their conservation efforts.
The label works with highly skilled artisans in South-East Asia that come from a rich history of wood and jade carving, gold-smithing and other fine jewellery techniques. It has been featured extensively in the press, including The New York Times and The Financial Times.
Responsibilities
Are you looking for a new opportunity to utilize your marketing, sales and communication skills? We are looking for a candidate with a minimum of 1-2 years of direct sales/marketing experience. Candidates with the ability to not only maintain existing account relationships but also establish new accounts are ideal. You will be responsible for the
- initiation and implementation of referral program, client engagement and retention strategies,
- execution flow of referral program/campaigns across the segments and channels,
- training and supervision of necessary staff,
- evaluation and modification of these initiatives,
- development of methods to collect feedback and use customer data to make informed decisions,
- development of advocacy events coordinated with external parties or companies to increase the brand's presence and top-of-mind recall,
- long-term goals met by the creation of quarterly plans for referral recruitment, retention, and engagement,
- creation of marketing collaterals to support sales initiatives and referral program (you will work with our in-house designer)

Requirements
- Strong written and verbal communications skills, with an emphasis on empathy and persuasiveness.
- Previous experience using member relations system, CRM system and/or database.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and social media.
- Must assume responsibility for accuracy of reports
- Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed in order to accommodate the needs of our customers and referrerals.
- Ability to manage projects and coordinate events in conjunction with other team members.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
