Quality Assurance Manager job at 99.co Singapore

We are looking for a proactive and helpful individual who is able to ensure the quality of our product and help give our users the best experience. Patience is a valued virtue! If you have love striking up conversations with others and have the tenacity to keep going, then WE WANT YOU!

You will be responsible for engaging and communicating with our clients. Tasks and skills required include the following:

* Be passionate in making a difference for our users
* Be the voice of the 99.co team and the bridge between the communities
* Follow up on flagged issues and improve listing quality
* Keep track of client feedback and feature requests, share it with our team to further improve our product
* Be responsive and take initiative
* Read everything and will paste an html peace character somewhere in your application
* Compile and update FAQs / self-help guides to educated and address client needs
* Communicate fluently and comfortably in English, and conversational Chinese
