People Organization Executive job at Easyship Hong-Kong

We provide logistic solutions to eCommerce companies and remove the pain of shipping, through a sophisticated online platform that allows to ship like a pro in just a matter of clicks. The company started in January 2015 and has grown exponentially in the first 5 months and has now secured important investment that will guarantee to scale up the organisation. Hence, Easyship is hiring strong, qualified, highly motivated and eager-to-learn full-stack developers, back end developers, front end developers, graphic designers, HR managers, junior sales, operation executives, business development interns and many more to be the owners of their own projects inside the company. You will:

• Run performance management, HR advisory and employee relations management

• Take charge of legal and admin requirements

• Generate reports and analysis to build the HR strategy

• Coordinate interdepartmental relations and forecast resourcing needs

• Drive the entire recruitment process: develop focused and in-depth search plans, conduct interviews, prepare salary proposals and onboarding arrangements

• Develop headhunting practices for top talent and be creative in reaching your objectives

• Enhance Easyship’s visibility through networking, marketing & communication efforts

• Handle ad-hoc projects if necessary

The right person will be:

• Hard-working. Not afraid to run the extra mile

• Self-motivated, driven, flexible, quick learner, achiever

• Ability to work independently as well as in team

• Structured person and focused on process, details, and quality

• Some experience in HR or people management is desired

• Experience with recruitment of technical profiles is a plus
