We are looking for a UX/UI designer to help us grow and nurture our products. We have a few things to work on.
Our key product, Carbonate app (http://carbonate.sodainmind.com/), is targeting all kinds of businesses who employ part-time staff and need to track the attendance in an easy and affordable way. We're currently onboarding our first client, and will continue to grow over the next year, so there is a lot of feedback, updates, fixes and user research to expect.
We are also working on a suite of apps (http://hrsuite.sodainmind.com/) to help small businesses with their everyday mundane tasks, such as expense claims or leave approvals. These are much less complete, and may require more significant updates or improvements.
As we're a self-funded startup, we may occassionally embark on some client projects. We only pick interesting ones, we promise.
Of course, the first thing we'll look at is your portfolio. Please share it on Behance, Dribble or other similar platforms. Alternatively, you can send a few JPEGs, but please do not send archives.
The other important requirement is your communication skills. It is essential to be able to explain your design decisions, and make sure that the development team implements them correctly.
There's probably no need to mention that you need to know more than us about UX, and master all the required design and prototyping tools. But ok, we've already done that.
