We’re looking for a startup fit Technical Lead to join a rapidly growing global team to help Tapp successfully launch in the Philippines.
You would be responsible for managing all aspects of product and partner integrations into Tapp apps, orchestrating tech support processes as well as managing regional Tapp admin tools. Additionally you would build and manage a team of approximately eight developers with the aim to further develop TappMarket and later expand the Tapp product portfolio. You would work closely with key internal functions, to identify and communicate technical solutions and product ideas, reporting to the Managing Director of Tapp Philippines.
Duties and responsibilities
● Build and manage a team of developers (full-stack & Android) who develop, test and support Tapp products.
● Oversee and support integration projects incl. new products and services
● Manage 2nd tier support , incl. tech issue resolution and escalation to 3rd Tier support (R&D in Finland), support model training and statistical analysis of issues.
● Regional ownership of Tapp admin tools, incl. Zendesk and Pipedrive
● Technical sales support
Your survival toolkit includes…
● 8-10+ years’ experience in software development
● Technical education
● Experience in software product management
● Experience in tech recruitment and team leadership
● Excellent problem solving skills
● Ideally background in start-ups, mobile business and online/mobile payments
● Strong communication and presentation skills
● Bravery to explore, challenge old ways and make mistakes
● Start-up attitude. In spades.
● Fluent written and spoken English
