What does the Ops/ Business Development team do?

The Ops team is the beating heart of ServisHero. We make sure that everything behind the scenes is running as smoothly and efficiently as possible. We connect all the pieces to make sure that our customers and Heroes have a seamless experience with us.

Our BD team is responsible for Heroes recruitment and engagement. We are involve in reaching out to new heroes and educating them on the awesomeness of our platform to get them more jobs.
What will I be doing?
-
As part of Ops, you’ll be responsible for making sure that every job request is processed quickly and accurately. You’ll need to stay organised, work fast and deliver world-class customer service.

As part of BD, you’ll be responsible for reaching out and engaging with new and existing heroes. You will educate them on the usefulness of the app and assist them whenever and wherever possible. You’ll need to be good with communication, possess strong people skills and resourcefulness

As part of the Singapore team, you will be working with a small, dynamic and effective team to own and manage our presence in Singapore.
