Business Development & Sales Intern job at Bid4Ad Singapore

Our innovative automated solution offers transparency in the advertising market, a self-service process and reduced costs. Bid4Ad currently serves Switzerland and South East Asia but registration is open worldwide.

We are currently looking for a talented graduate or undergraduate to join our Bid4Ad Singapore team in a business development and sales internship role. It is a great opportunity to work in a fast-paced start-up environment revolutionizing the media and advertising marketplace. You will learn by doing and should have the confidence, deep belief, and dedication to what you do and sell. This is a chance to grow your skills being surrounded and coached by a dynamic and open minded team.

Key responsibilities

·       Identify potential customers and make cold calls to arrange meetings to prospects for new business.

·       Listen and understand customer requirements and present suitable deals to make a sale.

·       Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers in person and via telephone calls and emails.

·       Respond to incoming email and phone enquiries.

·       Gather market information and gain customers’ requirements understanding, apply to your daily activities and share learning with the team.

·       Liaise with suppliers to receive new inventory and offers.

·       Check the available offers and suggest to customers or potential ones.

·       Help us grow and manage the data in our CRM.

·       Insert space providers offers on our Bid4Ad platform.

·       Answer questions of users on our chat function.

·       Review your own sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets.

·       Attend team meeting and share best practice with colleagues.

 

·       Excellent communication and convincing skills.

·       Ability to get along and enjoy to meet and talk to a wide variety of people.

·       Self-starter who can take personal initiative identifying action needed to achieve success.

·       Good work ethic with strong planning and prioritising skills.

·       Positive can-do attitude.

·       Good in building and maintaining relationships.

·       Presenting the product or service in a structured, professional way on the phone or face to face.

·       Comfortable in liaising with internal and external stakeholders of all levels.
