Account Coordinators job at EventXtra Anywhere

EventXtra is a smart event management platform that helps event organizers have smoother check-ins, attendees maximize event benefits and generates statistics for overall event impact.

Account coordinators are very much a forward facing role and would mainly be working with existing clients or onboarding new clients. This involves going to events and even meeting clients on site. Your responsibility would be everything client related (eg. client requests, delivery of devices (logistics), doing demos and more) and some times need to deal with not-so-nice clients. If you like doing a little bit of everything, related to people, this job is for you!

Responsibilities

  • Achieves monthly, quarterly and yearly targets
  • Understands and knows the product
  • Understands and gets to know the client
  • Takes care of clients’ needs and builds relationship with them
  • Handles clients’ complaints
  • Go on-site to see and experience and understand check-in process
     

Requirements

  • 1-2 sales / customer support experience 
  • Passion in technology and event industry
  • Conversational in mandarin and english. Cantonese is preferred but not necessary
  • Self motivated with positive attitude
  • Outgoing and responsible team player
  • Sense of humor highly encouraged
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
