As a iOS Software Engineer,  you will be implementing new features from scratch and participating in product decisions. Work with the creative team to execute pixel perfect designs. Track down and resolve issues, improve the stability and performance of the app. Keep up with the latest SDKs, tools and conventions. In particular, we are looking for frontend engineers excited about working on our innovative idea bridging end-user access to our backend services. We practice Agile development, with a heavy focus on Test Driven Development, Continuous Integration, and Pair Programming. This collaboration does not necessitate working in our Singapore office.

Requirements

• Participate in product decisions , implement new features from scratch and bring products to life through meticulous implementation

• Work with the creative team to execute pixel perfect designs

• Track down and resolve issues, improve the stability and performance of the app

• Keep up with the latest SDKs, tools and conventions

• Translate product and design requirements into software engineering tasks wherever needed

• Estimate time required for and deliver software engineering tasks

• Evaluate technical feasibility and suggest improvements in architecture

• Implement solutions with focus on TDD.

• Maintain code documentation

Qualifications

• Experience with iOS application development (Obj-C/Swift 1.2)

• Proven ability to ship beautiful, stable and high-performance iOS applications from start to finish

• Experience with automated testing framework

• Strong Computer Science background with good understanding of iOS framework and best practices

• Strong knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and designing for performance and scalability

• Proficiency in one or more of the following languages: Java, C, cplusplus, Python,HTML5, Javascript and CSS

• Proficiency in iOS software development experience with Objective C and Cocoa Touch

• Experience with publishing at least one app on the Apple App Store

• Experience with relational databases and SQLite/Core Data

• Proficiency in XCode 5/6, Interface Builder and Instruments

• Experience developing reusable APIs, consuming web services (REST) and processing data (XML/JSON)

• Solid understanding of Cocoa/UI Kit frameworks and the iOS SDK
