The Role of Sales Manager
This role is not for the pedestrian, you will need to perform to succeed. Reporting directly to the co-founder and CEO, you will assist us triple our business in 2016. In return, you will be paid a base salary, quarterly commissions and high achievement bonuses. For the right person there are opportunities for development into Sales Leadership, Operations Management and even Country/Regional Head.
A remote role, you will be responsible for growth in your territory. You will;
· Grow our client volume through lead generation
· Develop existing warm prospects into clients
· Increase existing client spend
· Contribute to and execute sales strategy for your territory
We’re looking for
B2B sales experience is required within the health, recruitment or insurance sectors. We are primarily looking for the right attitude and personality, tools and training are provided.
You are a results-driven ‘do-er’ with an entrepreneurial spark and who thrives at achieving monthly sales targets. Your genuine spirit and ability to engage and connect will allow you to develop strong relationships quickly and grow your client portfolio.
You will:
· Work alongside our leadership team in a fast paced, highly collaborative environment
· Have strong relationship skills to work with clients across multiple industries
