Venuerific is a leading pan-Asian online venue booking platform which seeks to democratize access to great event venues by unlocking a portfolio of previously unavailable/hard to find locations in Asia's largest and most forward-thinking cities. We currently operate in Singapore, Hong Kong, Philipinnes and Malaysia and are quickly expanding to several countries in the region.
The events industry is one of the last remaining verticals that has remained untouched by technology similar to the travel industry 10 years ago. Our goal is to create the next billion-dollar industry in Asia by offering a comprehensive platform where event owners, venue owners and suppliers can search, collaborate and discover each other throughout an event’s lifecycle.
Responsibilities
Reporting to the Director, responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:
- Contribute to changes in website design (UX & UI)
- Work with the management and technology team for implementation of design work
- Banner or promotional designs
- Assist the marketing team with design for social media postings (instagram, facebook and others)
- Attend events where required
- Perform any other tasks and duties as assigned by the Director
- Holds a bachelor degree in Design
- Minimum 2 years work experience in UX/UI or design
- Creativity is a must
- Ability to work unsupervised (art is not produced in a supervised environment)
- Excellent with photoshop or other picture editing programs
- Some html knowledge
- Outgoing personality is must
- Your passion to learn and grow will be a highly considered
