QUOINE (https://www.quoine.com), a fast growing global financial technology company, is looking for a highly motivated individual to join its operations and customer relations department. QUOINE's main product is an advanced digital currency trading platform. The job is based in Ho Chi Minh City and covers the following:
1. Customer on-boarding for new accounts/customers. This entails verification of new customers to ensure compliance with internal company policies.
2. Customer Care. This entails communications with existing customers to ensure a smooth experience when it comes to using QUOINE's trading platform. This role will liaise with internal teams to answer customer inquiries and to resolve customer issues in a timely manner.
2. Back-office support of the various functions required to run the business. As a digital currency trading platform, QUOINE relies on various daily processes to run the business. This role will help support these processes.
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to join young company and a dynamic team in the fast growing financial technology industry.
The successful candidate should fulfil the following requirements:
1. Native Japanese language both written and spoken is a MUST
2. Minimum Intermediate English required
3. University degree is a plus
4. Previous experience in a similar role is a plus but not required. ** Training will be provided!
5. Energetic, out of box thinker, self initiative, self motivated.
