Rent A Dress is an online portal for rental of designer dresses founded in 2014 and now operating in two countries - Malaysia and Singapore. The founder, Shuen, comes from a management consulting and manufacturing operational background and is looking to hire top talents from the startup industry who are highly driven and ambitious. - Manage and lead the team to ensure our customers are extremely delighted throughout operational hours
- Provide report and analysis to relevant departments with regards to statistics lead
- Constantly enhancing and optimizing the CRM system
- Drive strong customer delight and happiness scale with the team
- Excellent command of verbal and written English
- Strong problem solving skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Familiar with CRM systems such as Zendesk or Freshdesk
