We are looking for a CTO to oversee the development of our application. We have already completed the MVP (it's a reliable one) and we just need someone to touch up, add integrations and make strategic decisions regarding the development of our product beyond my capabilities.
First thing! You need to believe in what we're doing!
Secondly, really prefer someone that's a full stack. The main framework is rails, so I guess, Ruby is required.
