Business Development Executive (Startup in Billion Dollar Industry) job at Startup in Stealth Mode Singapore

We are currently launching a company to disrupt a multi-billion dollar industry globally. The company has soft-launched its online marketplace offering in Singapore and Hong Kong, with expansion to Malaysia and Australia planned in early Q1 2016. We are the only operator of this kind in the APAC region – there is huge potential in this.

The founders of this company are experienced serial entrepreneurs launching their fourth company.

Your responsibilities:

• Build B2B partnerships with supply-side of the business: source leads, organise meetings, attend meetings and convert
• Perform B2B corporate sales with demand-side of the business: source leads, organise meetings, attend meetings and convert
• Actively developing and managing your own pipeline
• Be able to work autonomously
• Opportunity to shape the direction and trajectory of the Singapore business

Attributes which will be considered favourably:

• Former consultant, investment banker or experience working in the start-up environment, with tertiary education background
• Experience executing B2B sales – selling is the primary part of the role!
• Ability to articulate clearly and communicate with flare
• Experience working in a fast-paced dead-line driven environment
• You are a dynamic individual with ability to work with people of diverse backgrounds in Singapore
• You have an entrepreneurial drive
• You have the flexibility to operate flexibly from time to time
