Responsibilities:
- Formulate and implement business development strategy for short and medium term growth goals with CEO
- Identify and connect with potential clients in high value markets in the region
- Manage and work towards sales and profit targets
- Maintain relationships with potential and existing clients
- Engage with engineering and business operations team to implement client sales contracts
Pre-Requisites:
- 3+ years of Business Development Experience
- Highly personable and good communicator
- Proven development of positive long lasting relationships with clients
- Proven ability to independently develop client base and sales record
- Keen on results and relentless on pursuing goals
- Hands on approach to Business Development
- Experience in Manufacturing sector, specifically in Operations, Quality, Process
Preferred Credentials:
- Experience with implementation/use of technology products for automation, real-time control and process improvements
- Singaporeans and Permanent Residents
Other Information
- Position is based in Singapore
- Travel within Singapore will be extensive
- In addition to salary, candidate may be entitled to commission.
