GoGet is looking for a Social Media Marketer to join our community! As the Social Media Marketer, your work will strive to achieve key metrics for driving traffic, conversion, retention and engagement of our users on GoGet. You will execute social media campaigns and optimise it for highest return and results to ultimately bring in jobs to the platform.
You’ll be responsible for all aspects of our social media analytics and execution. You will have an overview from conceptualization to final designs of social media campaign, and ultimately execution. You’ll have ownership of the roll out and monitoring of how effective the campaigns are and eventually have decision rights on optimising for future returns. You’ll work with our in house designer, manage our social media posts and campaigns. You may get exposure to other channels for digital marketing, depending on your experience and contribution. You will have a team for internal content copy and creative artworks to support your execution on social media. You must have experience in facebook marketing before.
You will work closely with our Business Development team and GoGetter Community Builder to understand what our Posters and GoGetters want. You will also provide data and strategy to the Business development team based on the execution of campaigns on what works and what does not. This will lead to you having an impact on our strategy and overall direction on GoGet.

Core responsibilities:
Manage Facebook Marketing for GoGet and social media posting.
Maximizing traffic and engagement via content strategy, link building, targeting strategy and increase reach.
Manage and improve click through rates, traffic, and conversions
Manage GoGet’s social media profiles and presence
Drive consistent, relevant traffic and leads from our social network presence.
Track, measure, and analyze all initiatives to report on social media ROI
Be an expert in targeting users and converting
Must have experience in digital marketing for social media, good with numbers and data analysis. Important to have experience in making decisions with data and optimising. Also need to have managed a team before or worked in a team.
