Gnowbe is an exciting microlearning mobile-only app for professionals. Gnowbe uses action-based learning consisting of “bite-sized knowledge” and takes 10 minutes per day. Gnowbe is designed to take microlearning to the next level by empowering people to build signature learning journeys tailored to how they want to learn, not to how we want to teach them.

This is about learning that is relevant, scalable at low cost and actionable. Content is values-driven and principle-based. It is designed for busy professionals and executives who have no time yet want to continue learning for their personal and professional development. Each program topic takes 1-2 months to give users a real taster for the topic and time to practice applying the principles. Content is action-based which means that each day includes actions that the user needs to do to apply their learning in practical ways. Experts in adult learning say that practice is where true learning occurs. Learners get Certificate upon completion which can be shared on profiles like LinkedIn and can take part in peer-to-peer learning through team chats. All learners can track their performance through personal and team profiles, analytics and tracking dashboards.

In this role, you will be given a lot of freedom to create and share your ideas as you will be joining at the early stages of a pioneering EdTech startup. Things are not set in stone yet so you would have a chance to shape that. We are moving super fast so need people who work hard and enjoy the work we do. You will be developed and we are looking for self-starters and those with a strong entrepreneurial spirit. There is tremendous upside potential for this role as it can evolve into a full-time role in different locations as we have offices in San Francisco and Singapore. This is up to you and your performance.

We would count on you to:

  • Work closely with Client Relationship Management, Product and Content teams to be on top of all the key updates and happenings to share with the world
  • Develop marketing, social media strategies to increase followers and customers
  • Design, develop and execute website, email and social media marketing strategies especially for our clients and global learners
  • Analyze data across multiple marketing channels and provide regular reports to improve marketing strategy
  • Prepare regular dashboard reports on key metrics including client behavioral metrics and develop insights to improve client experience
