This is a great opportunity for 2 Chat Support staff to Inspired self service clients around the globe.
The role requires someone who want to help small businesses deliver simple marketing campaigns
Responsibilities include :
- guide clients thorough their first foray with Inspired
- become a champion user of Inspired
- learn from clients to steer product development
- work to UK hours and Asian hours
Key Skills and Experience:
-Impeccable written and verbal communication skills in English
- A master at handling pressure, resilient, a natural pre-disposition for not giving up and an enthusiastic can-do attitude
- A team player who is confident working at their own initiative but receptacle to feedback
- Excellent English a MUST, other languages a bonus
- Shift rotations to be confirmed
