You will be a core team member whose role is to ensure that every customer receives their food on time from a friendly delivery rider. Only apply if you are a natural leader that excels under pressure and faces every challenge with a cool head.
Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of 40+ delivery riders
- Plan efficient rider routes for lunch and/or dinner delivery
- Manage food dispatch from the central kitchen in key shifts
- Recruit and train talent for delivery riders
- Manage and inventivise rider performance through KPIs and gamification
- Perfect for those those experienced in F&B operations who find 9-5 office jobs boring
- Highly organised and structured
- Ability to work well under pressure and good at making decisions quickly
- Clear communication in both English & Malay
- Understands the importance of outstanding customer service and delivery experience
